Santa Fe County Federation of Democratic Women***
This organization is open to men as well as women and actively supports educating and electing Democrats. It was established in 1978 by former First Lady Alice King (the wife of Gov. Bruce King). It’s mission:
- Support Democratic candidates
- Educate members on issues
- Provide opportunities to network and strengthen the community
- Encourage member involvement from the local to national level
One of its major events is Women in Blue day during the Legislative session.
